Meat company from Silesia made an agreement with creditors. After happy end, investors at Warsaw Stock Exchange will be able to choose between PKM Duda and Duda Silesia’s shares.

 

Another company which brand Duda seems very well known, will make its opening at Warsaw Stock Exchange. But that’s totally different company that already listed on PKM Duda.

That new company name is Zaklady Miesne Duda Silesia, which continues operations of bankrupted Duda Bis. Despite the lack of capital relations, the two companies – PKM Duda and Duda Silesia – have an analogy, that is a turbulent history. Both almost bankrupted in recent years, and both managed to return to the game market thanks to an agreement with creditors (large banks) and deep restructuring.
